Do you require a dialysis centre?
The new, modern Lana Dialysis Centre offers high quality medical and technical care just a 10-minute drive from our hotel - bus connection or taxi.
The rooms are ready for new occupancy from 14:00. Please keep this in mind for your arrival. We try our best to provide early check-in or late check-out when requested. If you will be arriving after 19:00, please let us know in advance by telephone. Meals: we will refund €15 for evening meals not taken. In warmer weather, breakfast is served on the sun terrace.
Please be aware that we can only accept dogs with prior notice, and that these must have their own beds. Dogs are not permitted in the dining areas, wellness area or lawn. Charge: €15 per day.
Wellness vouchers are only valid in the mornings. The voucher applies per room and can only be used during the booked holiday period. If booked treatments are not attended without timely cancellation, the full treatment price will be charged. 50% of the full treatment price will be charged for booked appointments cancelled up to 8 hours in advance.
As of 01.01.2014, a new local tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The income generated by this tax is to be used to build and maintain infrastructures and services, as well as for organising cultural and sporting events. The local tax is €1.60 per night, and does not apply to children under 14.
Harmony & Wellbeing:
All rooms include a shower and/or bath, as well as a WC, bidet, bathrobes, hairdryer, slippers, cosmetics mirror, telephone, radio, flat-screen TV, WiFi, minibar, safe and hiking backpack.
Pricing differences are due to our rooms’ differing sizes and locations. All other services are identical. We accept credit cards. There is a 20% surcharge to the shown price for the single use of a double room in high season. A surcharge of 10% is added to the room price for stays of 1 or 2 nights.
Please inform us of any cancellations in a timely manner! Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. If a cancellation is made after this period, we will do our best to try and fill the room However, if we do not manage to find alternative guests, we will charge you 3 nights for cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, and 50% of the total package price if your cancellation is made later. If you arrive late or leave early, you will be charged for a minimum of 3 nights.
Something could get in the way of your holiday even before you set off - our cancellation insurance makes sure you’re covered financially. If you take out travel insurance, you will be subject to the cancellation fees as laid out in the terms and conditions. To avoid this expense altogether, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that claims can be covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung insurance association.
