The rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. Kindly plan your arrival with this in mind, although we do strive to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests whenever possible. If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please give us a quick call to let us know. Check-out is at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to a €30 fee, which covers continued access to the wellness area, a lunch dish and a locker key.

A €15 deduction will be applied to your bill for any unused dinners. Breakfast is served on the sun terrace in favourable weather conditions, while dinner is served outdoors in summer.

Please note that we can only accommodate dogs with prior notice and their own sleeping arrangements (such as a basket or blanket). A fee of €21 per day applies. Dogs are not allowed in the dining area or wellness facilities or on the sunbathing lawn.

Wellness vouchers can be redeemed during the morning hours. They are only valid within the booked holiday period and when used by the occupant(s) of the room. Unused booked treatments without timely cancellation will incur the full treatment price. For cancellations made up to 8 hours in advance, 50% of the price will be charged.

As of 1 January 2022, a local tax has been implemented in South Tyrol. The revenue from this tax supports regional infrastructure, services and cultural and sporting events. The local tax is €2.50 per night, and children up to 14 are exempt from this fee.

Variations in pricing stem from differences in room size and location; all other services remain constant. We accept payment by credit card. A 20% surcharge is applied to the listed price in case of single occupancy of a double room in the main building, whereas in the new building we charge 30%.

4–9 years: €75

10–14 years: €85

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival incur no charges. However, 70% of the booked price will be charged for cancellations within this period or for early departure.

We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to mitigate potential cancellation fees in case of illness or other valid reasons preventing the start or continuation of your trip.

Unexpected events can occur before your journey begins; fortunately, our cancellation insurance provides financial security. We recommend taking out this insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung to safeguard against incurring expenses in such circumstances.
